The perfect party and family reunion villa, also great for hen-do’s and stag-do’s. Large sunbed area, integrated with the Games and BBQ area, with the Heineken bottle cooler close by the professional Darts Board and the American Pool Table. 5 km from the British party quarter in Benidorm, so you can take an easy taxi of about 12-15 euros per 4 passengers to get there in 7 minutes. 8 km from the center of Altea, 1800 meters from popular Albir village, 8 km from Benidorm with it’s 5 leisure parks: water-fun, swimming with dolphins & Terra Mitica leisure parks, the largest discotheques of the Costa Blanca, and at enough distance to be a private place, close to the beach & restaurants & shops & supermarkets & spa/wellness center. Albir is very popular for Bikers: flat roads, and close to a real climb: “Port De Tudons” 1020m and “Coll De Rates” 600m. There are at least 5 racing bike shops and repair places are in Albir. Heated pool with Solar Panels and for the real winter months additionally an electric pool invertor to get the pool at 29-30 degrees even during Christmas. The Villa is located at 300 meters from the National Nature Park “Serra Gelada”. The small island in front of Benidorm attracts many divers, there are Diving companies in Albir, Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa. Nearby, there is the picturesque town of Altea with its beautiful old town and historic church and surrounding square which is home to some of the best restaurants in the area. Golf fans have a driving range at 1.5 km in Albir, and public 2×18 holes at Benidorm 8km, and 1×9 holes in Altea-Vella 10km. If you prefer to relax on the beach, the area has an abundance of blue flag beaches with crystal clear sea, the area has many other interesting and exciting activities within easy reach. Albir is one of the only places at the Valencian Coast who stay lively all year round, unlike other villages which become extremely quiet during off-season. House prices are sometimes more than double due to this effect. Eating out in Albir you can enjoy the flavours of the sea, together with the magnificent rice and noodles dishes, traditional to this region. Albir has more than 100 international restaurants catering to every taste. There are 2 public volleyball courts at the beach in Albir. At 800m there’s the touristic medieval events Castle Conde D’Alfaz… far enough to not be disturbed for a quiet night of sleep and privacy, and close by for a nice evening out with horses & knights show with a medieval tournament dinner in the event castle. At 300m distance you can rent Horses for nice horseback riding through the quiet surroundings. As Benidorm is a macro attraction metropole, and Albir is the quiet village next to it, there is an incredible lot of things close by, from Go-Karts and Jet-Ski, from Sailing to a public international Library at the beach in the summer, from a Theatre to Cinema, even a 2 international Hospitals close by, and Churches from various Nations represented in the area. THE VILLA: The Villa is located in a privileged extensive environment with the neighbours at 20-100m distance. Extremely nice fully integrated area of villa + private solar heated pool + 300m2 sun terrace + BBQ area + pergola shade area for dining & chilling. All at the same level, so it’s wheelchair accessible. Our Private tennis court is not included for now. The 2.2m high wall encloses privacy in the 2000m2 garden where the kids can play without worries, a private driveway where you can park behind the large gate up to 8 cars, the terrace is fully integrated with the 160m2 Villa. The 30cm thick outer walls and the double insulated flat roof help to enjoy a cool summer and warm winter, and the 6 air-conditioners/inverters and we installed recently comprehensive gas central heating which guarantees a pleasant temperature all year round. It’s a million euro property but Not a typical place where the owner rents its own place: my Villa got a broad and constant refurbishing to keep the villa up to standard: it’s designed for a pleasant vacation experience for small and large groups, our family stays periodically as well so you share what we like to enjoy ourselves. I continue to make enhancements where my renters give me ideas and suggestions…adding the pool-table, a scale to weigh your suitcases before flying back, a mini gym, extra long dining table for 20 people in case you invite people for the BBQ, adding a 5+1 Home Cinema with iPod and HDMI’s for easy connection to your Xbox, Play, etc. I invite you to compare pictures with other villas…. please pay especially attention to the size of the tables, the size of sofa’s, the real capacity to eat and relax, and the number fridges, nr of glasses & plates, and the size of pots& pans, the number of glasses, and quantity of the kitchen equipment…. the number of sunbeds, and the quality of the beds: mine are 90x200cm pocket spring mattresses medium firm, they can be kept separate or the legs tied together and made-up as such to create a King size bed of 180x200cm. This Villa was designed with a real preparation and capacity for 12 + 2 = 16 with additional 4 cots. This design includes large sofa’s and capability to sit, eat & enjoy together… and more smaller places to break out. Preparation for kids: We have 4 cots for the babies and toddlers to sleep, 4 high-chairs, 4 bed-bumpers, a potty, baby bath, swimming safety vests, toddler cups, and cutlery. I receive positive feedback, on the house and on the service, we listen as we want our Renters to return. Each of the 4 Bedrooms have their private air conditioning and hotel-safety-box. By end of 2019 I expect to have completed the extension towards 5 Bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The living room has 2 sofa-beds 160cm/200cm with good Quality sleeping. The garage got converted into mini gym and pool-table and we installed an official bar darts machine for tournaments. The Terrace has an over-roofed breakfast area for 10 and under the pergola next to the pool another eating area next to the stone BBQ for 20+ people. The living room has an inside dining area for 12 but this is only used during the winter. The house is equipped, included in the price, with a dual satellite receiver with Dutch Canal-Digital, 4 wifi internet access points giving good wifi coverage throughout the villa and terrace, TV+DVD, and a 2.4 metres large British Satellite dish for reception of thousand UK channels. The kitchen is fully furnished, 3 refrigerators, 32-inch microwave, large oven, ample dishes, etc, incl 3 types of coffee machines: traditional filter coffee, Nespresso, and Dolce Gusto.
