This property is a quad villa in the Playa Flamenca area. It has 3 bedrooms all of double size, all with air conditioning units fitted and will comfortably accommodate 6, we can provide a travel cot for an extra child. Master bedroom has its own balcony -safe installed, others are twin bedded, situated on the first and ground floor. The bright & tastefully decorated lounge/dining area has a ceiling fan, ample seating, with satellite TV, DVD player stereo, IPod Dock, high chair & stair gate, Fitted kitchen, with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, hob, microwave, 2nd bathroom is on this floor. Delightful sun porch with table/chairs ideal for early morning breakfasts.
A large roof solarium is located on the third floor.
Outdoors: large patio/garden with table and chairs, there is a BBQ for your use, car parking, private swimming pool for your own use, sun beds supplied.
10 min drive from three superb golf courses. 2km from blue-flag beach.
Local Information: Playa Flamenca, in the area of Orihuela Costa, is less than a 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja. It has a very multi-cultural feel as many people from other countries now live in this area and actually outnumber the Spaniards! This area is a favourite for British and Irish ex-pats. The shops, bars and restaurants in this area originate from many nationalities to provide food to suit all tastes – from the native Spanish to Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Argentinean, Mexican cuisine, etc.

15 minutes walk from Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre with Lansdowne bar, Rosie O’Grady’s, Legends, Divas Indian restaurant, Spud Murphies and 3 floors of bars and restaurants. Nearby are familiar supermarkets such as Lidl, Consum, Mercadonna.
10 minutes walk from the popular Irish pub the Abbey Tavern, which normally stays open until 3 or 4 in the morning most of the year and has nightly entertainment, large floodlight palm tree garden, children’s play area
10 minutes drive, or 7 km to Torrevieja town centre, marina, harbour, Carrefour, Habernas shopping centre (H&M, C&A, Zara, etc), McDonalds, ten pin bowling, casino, etc.
It is only a 10 minutes drive to golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
Car recommended for beach visits unless used to walking
For those on a family holiday there are many attractions that cater to both children’s and adult’s tastes: the water park, safari park (near Santa Pola), caves of Canelobre, a boat trip, Terra Mitica fun park, local markets, is in Benidorm approx 70 mins drive from Torrevieja with rollercoasters and other rides and shows
During the summer months there is a funfair by Torrevieja marina throughout the summer.
NOTE: there is a cleaning fee of €70 per stay payable on arrival. This is an additional charge. Air conditioning, if needed, is €20 extra per week and paid on arrival (for stays up to and including 30/09/19). We can accommodate late check in for a fee of €10.
There is also a breakage deposit required of £100 paid prior to arrival, which is fully refunded on inspection of the property after your stay.

Playa Flamenca, Saturday Market one of the best on the Coasta Blanca, 2 min away. At the local Mercadona book for Free Green bus tours, best way to see the area. Tourist Information Office beside the Mercadona.
A fabulous familly go kart track is also local and caters for all age groups, including the very young.
We are also a 5 min walk away from a excellent pool, restaurant and crazy golf complex – called La Chimosa.
Only 10 min drive away is the local cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja with its harbour, beautiful esplanade and many shops and cafe bars and newly opened theatre which is a must visit. For those looking for souvenirs there are small market stalls open most evening along the front.
